The entire application and screening process will be managed by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA), KPK. All candidates must apply online.
Step 1: Visit the Official ETEA Website
- To start your application, navigate to the ETEA portal: www.etea.edu.pk
Step 2: Submit Your Online Application
- On the website, find the advertisement for jobs in the KPK Health Department’s Teaching Hospitals.
- Create or log in to your ETEA profile and carefully fill out the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.
Step 3: Generate and Pay the Test Fee
- After successfully submitting the online form, a personalized online deposit slip will be generated.
- Print this deposit slip and pay the prescribed, non-refundable test fee through any of the available channels (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, or designated bank branches as mentioned on the slip).
Step 4: Keep Proof of Payment
- After payment, it is crucial to keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy) in a safe place. You do not need to send any documents to the ETEA office at this stage.
Application Deadline
The advertisement was published on July 24/25, 2025. Government job advertisements through ETEA typically have a 15 to 20-day application window.
Therefore, the expected deadline is approximately August 10, 2025. However, all applicants are strongly advised to visit www.etea.edu.pk to confirm the exact last date for submission.
Important Terms and Conditions
- All appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial probation period of two years.
- Candidates must be domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Quotas for women (10%), persons with disabilities (2%), and minorities (5%) will be applicable as per government policy.
