How to Apply: Your Step-by-Step Application Guide
The application process involves three mandatory steps. Please follow them carefully to ensure your application is considered.
Step 1: Pay the Application Processing Fee
- Candidates must deposit a non-refundable application processing fee in any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP). The fee structure is as follows:
- For posts in BPS 17-19: Rs. 2,000/-
- For posts in BPS 10-16: Rs. 1,000/-
- For posts in BPS 01-09: Rs. 500/-
- You will need to obtain and fill out a challan form for this deposit.
Step 2: Complete the Online Application
- After paying the fee, you must fill out the online application form available on the NTU jobs portal:
- You will need to enter the details from your paid challan into the online form.
Step 3: Submit the Hard Copy Application Package
- After submitting the online form, take a printout of the completed application.
- Prepare a complete package including:
- The printed copy of your online application form.
- The Original paid bank challan slip.
- Attested photocopies of all academic degrees, certificates, and transcripts.
- Attested photocopy of your CNIC.
- Attested copies of all experience certificates.
- Recent passport-sized photographs.
- Send this complete package via courier to the following address:

Important Instructions for Applicants
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one position must submit a separate application form and fee for each post.
- Candidates already employed in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test and/or interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any advertised post without assigning any reason.
