How to Apply: The ETEA Application Process
All applications for these PDA jobs must be submitted online through the ETEA website. Please follow these steps carefully.
Step 1: Visit the ETEA Website
- Interested candidates must first visit the ETEA website to begin the application process.
- ETEA Website: www.etea.edu.pk
Step 2: Create Your Profile & Apply Online
- Create a profile on the ETEA website. You will need to verify your profile through any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise/kiosk.
- Once your profile is created and verified, find the advertisement for the Peshawar Development Authority and apply for the desired post online.
- In case of an Hons degree or BS qualification, candidates are required to give his/her marks equivalency issued by the IBCC/HEC.
Step 3: Generate and Pay the Test Fee
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated.
- Download and print the deposit slip.
- Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee using the generated slip through:
- Easypaisa App or Easypaisa Agent
- Any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNI Agent
Step 4: Keep Your Documents Safe
- After successful fee submission, please retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) for your records. Do not share it with anyone else.
- Important: You do not need to send any documents or the deposit slip to the ETEA office at this stage. These will be required from shortlisted candidates later.
Application Deadline:
- The last date for submitting the online application is August 6, 2025.
Terms & Conditions
- Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority later.
- Interview: After the test, shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the PDA.
- Document Submission: All applications must be submitted with all required information before the deadline. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the due date will be rejected.
- Age Relaxation: Relaxation of the upper age limit will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- Government Employees: Candidates already working in government or semi-government bodies should apply through the proper channels.
- Multiple Posts: A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
- Right to Change Vacancies: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies while mentioning a reason.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be admissible for the test/interview.
- Foreign Degrees: In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.
- Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS from ETEA about how to download their Roll Number Slips. Candidates are advised not to provide a ported or converted mobile number.
- Test Information: The test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be sent for the test or interview via postal or courier services.
- Errors/Omissions: Any errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
