We are seeking to fill the following key positions for the project team based in Islamabad. All positions are on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

| Curriculum & Education Partnerships Expert / (PPS-09) | Architect of Green Education: As the educational lead for the project, you will be responsible for designing and developing a cutting-edge curriculum for “green skills.” You will forge strategic partnerships with technical and vocational institutions (TVETs), universities, and international organizations to integrate sustainability into Pakistan’s educational landscape and build a skilled workforce for the future. Skills: Green curriculum development, instructional design, education for sustainable development (ESD), TVET program management, partnership building. | Qualification: Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience is required, with a strong preference for work in international setups, UN systems, or international organizations at technical levels. | Industry Engagement & Private Sector Liaison Expert / (PPS-09) | Bridge to a Sustainable Business Sector: You will be the primary link between the project and the private sector. Your mission is to foster green entrepreneurship, support the growth of green startups, and engage established industries to adopt sustainable practices. You will build networks and create programs that drive private sector investment and innovation in the green economy. Skills: Private sector engagement, green entrepreneurship support, sustainable business development, stakeholder management, corporate partnerships. | Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Business Development, Environmental Studies, Sustainable Development, Education, or Human Resources. Experience: Minimum of 08 years of post-qualification experience is required. Experience working in international setups, UN systems, or with INGOs at technical levels is highly desirable. | Admin and Finance Officer / (PPS-08) | The Engine of Project Operations: As the Admin and Finance Officer, you are the backbone of the project, ensuring its smooth and compliant operation. You will manage the project’s budget, handle financial reporting (especially for donor-funded projects), oversee procurement and logistics, and manage all administrative functions to support the team’s success. Skills: Project finance management, donor-funded project administration, public sector procurement rules, budgeting, financial reporting. | Qualification: 16 years of education in Finance, MBA, Management, or an equivalent field. Experience: At least 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience in project administration, financial management, and procurement, preferably under donor-funded projects. Prior experience with UN/International agencies and the Ministry of Climate Change is preferred. Must have excellent English and Urdu skills. Maximum Age: 35 Years |
| Outreach & Communications Officer / (PPS-07) – 2 Posts | The Voice of the Green Movement: You will be the storyteller and public face of the project. Your role is to develop and execute powerful communication and outreach strategies to raise public awareness about green skills and sustainability. You will manage social media, create engaging content, and organize events to mobilize communities and stakeholders. Skills: Environmental communication, public awareness campaigns, social mobilization, digital marketing, content creation, event management. | Qualification: 16 years of education in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Environmental Studies, Education, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in the field of outreach, community mobilization, or youth engagement. Experience with climate change, vocational training, or development projects focused on green economy themes and sustainable development goals is a strong asset. Maximum Age: 32 Years |
| Admin Assistant / (PPS-06) | The Core of Team Support: As the Admin Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the entire project team. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring the day-to-day efficiency of the project office. Skills: Project administrative support, office coordination, record management, high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). | Qualification: 16 years of education in business administration, computer sciences, or software engineering from an HEC recognized university. Experience: At least 03 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a government or private sector setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. Maximum Age: 30 Years |
