PSEB seeks to hire qualified professionals on a Contract Basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS) for the project “GDP/Open IT Export Enhancement Program”.

Current Career Opportunities
We are seeking to fill the following key positions for the project team based in Islamabad. All positions are offered on a contract basis under Project Pay Scales (PPS).

| Project Manager / (PPS-09) | The Leader of a National Tech Initiative: As the Project Manager, you will be the chief architect and driver of the “GDPR-Driven IT-Export Enhancement Program.” You will have overall responsibility for the strategic planning, execution, team management, and successful delivery of all project objectives, ensuring it meets its goal of boosting IT exports through enhanced compliance. <br><br> Skills: IT program management, GDPR project implementation, public sector technology projects, stakeholder management, PMP/PRINCE2. | Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / Engineering / IT. Certification in CISA / CISM / ISO27001 / PMP will be preferred. <br><br> Experience: A minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 4 years in managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies. Candidates with prior experience in PSDP, ADP, or other government-funded projects will be given preference. <br><br> Age: 45 years |
| Assistant Manager (M&E) / (PPS-08) | The Champion of Performance and Accountability: As the Assistant Manager for Monitoring & Evaluation, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is on track, effective, and delivering its intended impact. You will design and implement the M&E framework, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and generate insightful reports for stakeholders. <br><br> Skills: M&E framework development, results-based management, project performance monitoring, data analysis, reporting. | Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT / Project Management. <br><br> Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification project management/monitoring experience. A minimum of at least 3 years of experience working in PSDP Projects is required. <br><br> Age: 45 years |
| Project Officer / (PPS-08) | The Engine of Project Execution: As the Project Officer, you will be at the heart of the project’s day-to-day operations. You will support the Project Manager by coordinating project activities, organizing capacity-building workshops and training sessions, managing project documentation, and liaising with IT companies and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation. <br><br> Skills: IT project coordination, project implementation, capacity building projects, event coordination, documentation management. | Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Management Sciences / Human Resource / Business Administration / Computer Sciences / IT. <br><br> Experience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in human resources management, project management, or capacity development projects. Preference will be given to those candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government Projects experience. <br><br> Age: 45 years |
| Finance Manager / (PPS-09) | The Steward of Financial Integrity: As the Finance Manager, you will hold complete responsibility for the financial health and compliance of the project. You will manage the project budget, oversee all financial transactions, handle payables and receivables, ensure adherence to tax laws, and prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts. <br><br> Skills: Project finance management, public sector financial management (ADP/PSDP), budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), ACCA/ICMA/CA. | Qualification: MBA Finance / ICMA / ACCA or equivalent from a university/institute recognized by HEC. <br><br> Experience: 08 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, accounting, or processing of bills. Experience with complex financial transactions, reconciliation of funds, cash flow/budget/financial projection, due diligence, and sales tax is essential. International Certification is preferred. <br><br> Age: 45 years |
