Assistant Manager BRT Control Center	As the heartbeat of our daily service, you will command the central nervous system of the entire BRT network. You will be responsible for the real-time operation and maintenance activities flowing through the Control Center. Your role involves the strategic management of bus operations, meticulous oversight of contractors, and ensuring flawless adherence to service contracts. You will analyze performance data from kilometers traveled to passenger verification, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve our service. Your work in BRT operations management will directly ensure the punctuality, reliability, and safety of a system that serves millions. This is a critical role for those passionate about public transit management and logistics.	Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Civil / Transport / Computer Science / Electrical / Financial Engineering or other quantitative fields from a recognized university. A Master’s degree is a plus.<br><br>Experience: A minimum of 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Experience in transport planning, scheduling (especially with monitoring systems), or similar roles will be highly advantageous. International experience is a bonus.<br><br>Age Limit: Up to 35 years on the closing date of applications.
Assistant Manager Electrical	In this vital technical role, you will be the steward of the BRT’s electrical infrastructure. You will lead activities related to electrical equipment, contract management, and ensuring the absolute operational integrity of all electrical systems. Your responsibilities are broad and impactful, covering everything from the preparation of maintenance and operational plans to budget strategy, business preparation, and diligent reporting on field observations. Your expertise in transport infrastructure electrical systems, including MV/LV systems, will be crucial in ensuring the system’s sustainability and reliability, preventing downtime, and maintaining the highest safety standards across the network.	Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage. Experience: At least 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Finance Executive	As a Finance Executive, you will be a guardian of our financial integrity and transparency. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day financial operations. Your core duties will include managing financial transactions, performing reconciliations, and meticulously maintaining the official records of all financial activities. A key part of your role will be ensuring that every transaction is conducted in a transparent, professional manner, adhering strictly to all applicable regulations and laws. Communication Executive	You will be a storyteller and a relationship builder for TransPeshawar. Assisting the Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our communication strategy across various internal and external channels. Your day-to-day tasks will involve drafting official communications, writing compelling content for digital and traditional media, responding to inquiries, and building strong relationships with the public and media outlets. Your creative and strategic input will be vital in coordinating promotional events and ensuring our brand’s message is clear, consistent, and impactful. Assistant Surveillance Supervisor	In this security-critical role, you will be an essential part of the team that ensures the safety and security of our passengers, staff, and assets. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Surveillance Supervisor in the daily monitoring of operations through our extensive CCTV camera network. This includes the diligent recording of contract violations and other operational components, and the prompt and proper escalation of incidents. Your vigilance in CCTV surveillance operations and commitment to protocol will directly contribute to maintaining a secure environment across the entire BRT system, making it one of the most important security monitoring careers available.	Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field from a recognized university.<br><br>Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Operations Supervisor	As an Operations Supervisor, you will be on the front line of our service delivery. Assisting the Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre, your focus will be the daily monitoring of our fleet of over 244 buses across 18 routes. This includes adapting to changes in demand, which may increase over time. You will monitor adherence to schedules, ensure passenger safety, and oversee various bus operations. Your role extends to monitoring CCTV footage, tracking bus and station headways through GPS and AVL systems, and ensuring the operational readiness of related equipment like UPS and CCTVs. This is a hands-on role perfect for those with a background in bus fleet management or transportation logistics.	Qualification: At least 16 years of education in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field from a recognized university.<br><br>Experience: At least 02 years of post-qualification experience with a degree, or 05 years of experience with a diploma.
