Scientific Officer (PPS-07)	As a Scientific Officer, you will be the technical engine of the project. You will conduct applied research on olive varieties, develop best practices for cultivation suited to local conditions, and transfer that knowledge directly to farmers. Your responsibilities will include establishing and monitoring demonstration plots, collecting and analyzing agronomic data, diagnosing and resolving field-level cultivation issues, and preparing technical reports. Your work in horticulture research will be crucial in maximizing yield and ensuring the long-term success of olive farming in Pakistan.	Qualification: MSc. Admin Officer (PPS-07)	You will be the administrative backbone ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Based in Islamabad, you will manage all administrative functions, including human resources, logistics for field activities, procurement of goods and services according to government rules, office management, and record-keeping. Your role in project administration is vital for maintaining operational continuity and providing the necessary support to the technical and field teams, allowing them to focus on their core objectives. Accounts Officer (PPS-07)	As the Accounts Officer, you will be the guardian of the project’s financial integrity. You will be responsible for all financial matters, including budget management, preparation of financial statements, processing payments, ensuring strict compliance with PSDP and government financial regulations, and facilitating audits. Your expertise in public sector accounting will ensure that project funds are utilized transparently and effectively, maintaining the trust of all stakeholders and contributing to the project’s overall accountability. Field Supervisor (PPS-06)	You are the critical link between the project’s scientific team and the farmers. As a Field Supervisor, you will be on the ground, overseeing day-to-day cultivation activities, providing hands-on guidance to olive growers, monitoring crop health, and ensuring that best practices are implemented correctly. You will be responsible for collecting field data and reporting progress and challenges back to the Scientific Officers. Your role as an agriculture field supervisor is essential for effective knowledge transfer and achieving high-quality output at the farm level.	Qualification: BSc.
