Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria
We are recruiting for the following two main categories. Please review the eligibility criteria carefully.
A. Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) as Naib Khateeb (Religious Teacher)
The Naib Khateeb plays a vital spiritual and moral role within the army. As a JCO, you will be responsible for leading prayers, delivering sermons, and providing religious guidance and motivation to the troops, acting as a spiritual anchor for the unit.

B. Sipahi (Soldier) in Various Trades
The Sipahi is the heart and soul of the Pakistan Army. As a soldier, you are the front-line defender of the nation. We are recruiting for the following trades:
- General Duty (GD) Sipahi: The core combat and operational force.
- Clerk: Responsible for administrative and clerical duties.
- Cook: A vital role ensuring the nutritional needs of the troops are met.
- Military Police (MP): Responsible for discipline, law, and order within the army.
- Driver: Responsible for operating various military vehicles.
- Sanitary Worker: Responsible for maintaining hygiene and sanitation.

Your Step-by-Step Guide to Enlistment
The selection process is transparent and merit-based. Follow these steps to begin your journey.
Step 1: Online Registration
- Portal: All aspiring candidates must register online through the official Pakistan Army recruitment website: www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk
- Registration Period: The online registration portal will be open from September 1, 2025, to November 23, 2025.
- Assistance: Candidates without internet access can visit their nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre for registration assistance.
Step 2: Preliminary Tests and Selection
- Test Schedule: Preliminary tests will be conducted nationwide from September 25, 2025, to January 10, 2026.
- Notification: You will be informed of the exact date, time, and location of your initial tests via email or SMS after your online registration is processed.
- Walk-in Recruitment for Sipahi: Aspiring Sipahis can also visit their nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre for walk-in registration and testing during this period.
- Test Components: The initial selection process typically includes a written/computer-based intelligence test, a physical fitness test (running, push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups), and a preliminary medical examination.
Step 3: Document Verification
On the day of your test, you must bring the following documents:
- Original academic certificates/degrees along with two (02) sets of attested photocopies.
- Original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form (if under 18).
- Attested photocopy of your father’s CNIC.
- Original Domicile certificate.
- For candidates from AJK, the State Subject certificate is also required.
- Four (04) recent passport-sized photographs.
- All photocopies must be attested by a serving Gazetted Officer.
Step 4: Final Selection
Candidates who successfully clear the preliminary stages will undergo final interviews and medical examinations before being called for training.
