How to Apply & Important Instructions?

Please read the following instructions carefully before applying:

1. Online Application: Applications must be submitted exclusively through the POF official website: www.pof.gov.pk. Applications sent directly or by any other means will not be entertained.
2. Application Deadline: The final date for the submission of online applications is 10th August, 2025.
3. Application Fee:
   • For posts in BPS-17 & 18, a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 100/- is required.
   • For posts in BPS-01 to 16, a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 50/- is required.
   • The fee must be deposited via a bank challan, which can be downloaded from the POF website.
4. Selection Process: Selection will be based on merit after a test/interview. Information regarding the test/interview will be communicated via SMS. Ensure your mobile number is active and correctly entered. POF is not responsible for non-receipt of SMS.
5. NITB Courses: For posts at Sr. No. 6, 14, 15, and 16, selected candidates must pass mandatory NITB courses within one year.
6. Eligibility: Only Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply. Minorities, women, and disabled persons quotas will be observed as per government rules.
