We are seeking to fill the following permanent positions at our factory in Rahim Yar Khan. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, proven technical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Position (Trade)	Key Responsibilities & Required Skills	Qualifications & Experience
Mechanical Fitter	The Heartbeat of Our Machinery: As a Mechanical Fitter, you are essential to keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of sophisticated mechanical equipment. Your expertise will ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity. Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical systems, including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and packaging machinery. • Diagnose mechanical faults and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner. • Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals. • Ensure all work is performed in strict adherence to Unilever’s world-class safety standards and procedures. • Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance. Skills: Industrial machinery maintenance, preventive maintenance techniques, mechanical troubleshooting, knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, welding and fabrication, industrial safety protocols, FMCG factory experience.	Qualification: DAE / B-Tech in Mechanical Technology. Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar trade (e.g., manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals). Age Limit: 23-35 years.
E&I Technician	The Brains Behind Our Operations: As an E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Technician, you are the specialist responsible for the nervous system of our factory. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot the critical electrical and automated control systems that govern our production processes, ensuring precision, safety, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors, and wiring. • Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instrumentation devices such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). • Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID drawings, and control loop diagrams. • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests on E&I systems to prevent failures. • Uphold all safety regulations, including Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures, during maintenance activities. Skills: Industrial electrician expertise, instrumentation and control systems, PLC troubleshooting, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) configuration, calibration techniques, reading electrical diagrams, factory automation maintenance.	Qualification: DAE / B-Tech in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Technology. Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar trade (e.g., process industry, automated manufacturing). Age Limit: 23-35 years.
