Job Description
The Enforcement and Revenue Inspector serves as a key field operative, responsible for ensuring compliance with provincial tax and regulatory laws. The role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, interpersonal communication, and a firm commitment to procedural integrity. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting field inspections of businesses, properties, and other entities to verify compliance with relevant provincial statutes and revenue regulations.
- Assessing and identifying instances of non-compliance, tax evasion, or other regulatory breaches through careful examination of records and physical verification.
- Issuing legally mandated notices, challans, and warnings to non-compliant parties in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Implementing enforcement actions as directed by the competent authority, which may include sealing premises or other actions as prescribed by law.
- Maintaining meticulous and accurate records of all inspections, findings, actions taken, and revenue-related data.

Step-by-Step Application Guide via ETEA
The application process is managed entirely by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA), KPK. Please follow these instructions carefully.
Step 1: Create Your ETEA Profile
- Before applying, if you don’t have one already, you must create a profile on the ETEA website. Visit www.etea.edu.pk. After creating the profile, you will need to verify it.
Step 2: Verify Your Mobile Number
- To verify your profile, you will need to visit any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise to get your mobile number verified (biometrically) against your CNIC. They will provide a verification token (slosken) from ETEA’s website. This step is mandatory.
Step 3: Submit the Online Application
- The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk starting from July 23, 2025.
- Log in to your profile, find the advertisement for “Enforcement and Revenue Inspector,” and fill out the online application form with accurate information.
Step 4: Generate and Pay the Test Fee
- After successfully submitting the online form, a personalized online deposit slip will be generated.
- Print this deposit slip. The prescribed test fee is non-refundable.
- You can pay the fee through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or at any UBL Bank branch or UBL OMNI agent.
Step 5: Keep Proof of Payment
- After paying the fee, keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy) safely with you. Do not send any documents or the deposit slip to the ETEA office at this stage.
Step 6: Download Your Roll Number Slip
- Roll Number Slips will be available for download on the ETEA website from August 23, 2025. You will be informed via SMS to download and print your slip. The slip will contain information about your test date, time, and venue.
Important Terms, Conditions, and Dates
- Provisional Candidature: All candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the data they provide. However, a detailed scrutiny will be conducted later, and any candidate found to be ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
- Government Employees: Candidates already in Government or Semi-Government service must apply through the proper channel.
- Multiple Applications: If you wish to apply for more than one post in a single advertisement (if applicable), you must submit a separate application and fee for each.
- Foreign Degrees: In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from the HEC must be provided.
- No TA/DA: No traveling allowance or daily allowance will be admissible for attending the test or interview.
- Rights Reserved: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason.
