We are seeking to fill the following key roles. These positions are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, which is extendable.

You will design and implement a comprehensive framework to identify, assess, and mitigate all financial, operational, and regulatory risks, ensuring the absolute integrity of all operations. | Investment Officer / MBS-III | The Executor of Investment Strategy: As an Investment Officer, you will be a key member of the investment team, responsible for the analysis, execution, and monitoring of investments. You will conduct due diligence, build financial models, prepare investment proposals, and actively manage a portion of the portfolio under the guidance of the CIO. Skills: Investment analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, capital markets knowledge. | • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in investment management, corporate finance, or asset management. • Minimum 16 years of formal education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s preferred). • Preference for CFA/ACCA/CA candidates. |
| Risk & Compliance Officer / MBS-III | The Implementer of Risk Controls: Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of risk and compliance procedures. This includes monitoring portfolio risk exposures, conducting compliance checks, preparing risk reports, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Skills: Financial risk analysis, compliance monitoring, risk reporting, knowledge of regulatory frameworks. | • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within the financial sector. • Minimum 16 years of formal education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. • Preference for CFA/FRM/ACCA/CA candidates. |
| Research Associates / MBS-III | The Foundation of Analytical Excellence: As a Research Associate, you will be the analytical powerhouse of the research team. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, building complex financial models, writing research reports on industries and economies, and providing direct support to the Head of Research and Investment Officers. Skills: Financial analysis, advanced Excel and financial modeling, data analysis, report writing. | • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in a financial research or analysis role. • Minimum 16 years of formal education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. • Preference for CFA/ACCA/CA candidates. |
| Data Analyst / MBS-IV | The Specialist in Data-Driven Insights: As the Data Analyst, you will manage the FSU’s data infrastructure and provide quantitative insights. You will be responsible for cleaning and managing large datasets, developing analytical dashboards, applying statistical methods to financial data, and supporting the investment and research teams with robust data analysis. Skills: Financial data analysis, data science, statistics, database management, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). | • Minimum 16 years of education in a quantitative field like Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Finance. • Graduates with no experience but a stellar academic record will be considered. • Relevant professional experience is a plus. |
Application & Selection Process
The selection process is designed to be rigorous and merit-based, consisting of three stages:
- Stage 1: Application/CV Review: Your application, comprising a CV and a detailed cover letter, will be shortlisted based on your academic credentials, quality of experience, and the clarity with which you articulate your suitability for the role.
- Stage 2: Written Test: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a comprehensive written test. This will include GRE-style general aptitude questions and a technical section designed to assess strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities through case studies.
- Stage 3: Panel Interview: Candidates who pass the written test will be invited for a final interview with a three-member panel to evaluate their professional knowledge, competency, and overall fit for the required position.
