Clinical & Therapeutic Team: The core of C-ARTS’s mission lies with its clinical and therapeutic staff.
- Coordinator: This leadership role requires extensive experience and will be responsible for overseeing the therapeutic programs, managing clinical staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Psychologist & Therapists (Occupational, Speech, Behavioural): These professionals will work directly with the children, conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing one-on-one and group sessions to improve communication, motor skills, social interaction, and behavior. A deep sense of empathy and proven experience with autism are paramount.
- Special Educator: This role focuses on creating and implementing tailored educational plans that cater to the unique learning styles of autistic children, helping them achieve academic and personal milestones.
Instructional & Management Team:
- Instructors (Music, Art, Vocational, Sports): This team is crucial for the holistic development of the children, using creative and physical outlets to enhance expression, motor skills, and confidence. The Vocational Instructor, in particular, plays a key role in preparing older children for potential future employment.
- Managers (Admin, HR, Procurement): These Karachi-based roles form the backbone of the organization’s operations. The managers will be responsible for ensuring that all centers are run efficiently, staff are well-managed, and resources are procured transparently, allowing the clinical teams to focus on their vital work.
