We are seeking to fill several key roles within our Inspections Directorate and Project Management Unit (PMU) on a lump-sum salary and fixed-term contract basis.

Advisor (Inspections)	Lahore	A Top-Tier Leadership Role: As the Advisor, you will provide strategic leadership to the entire Inspections directorate. You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and oversight of all healthcare facility inspections across Punjab, ensuring uniform enforcement of PHC standards. Skills: Healthcare quality assurance, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, strategic leadership, policy development, team management.	Qualification: MBBS/BDS duly recognized by PM&DC. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
Assistant Advisor (Inspections)	Lahore	Drive Operational Excellence: Supporting the Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the operational management of the inspections framework. You will manage inspection teams, develop and refine assessment protocols, analyze inspection data, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Skills: Healthcare management, inspection program management, quality improvement methodologies, data analysis, staff training.	Qualification: MBBS/BDS or Masters in Public Health/Health Administration/Business Administration or equivalent, recognized by PM&DC/HEC. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Deputy Director (PMU)	Lahore	Lead Critical Healthcare Projects: Within the Project Management Unit, you will lead high-impact projects aimed at enhancing healthcare quality. Your role will involve project planning, stakeholder coordination, monitoring project performance against key deliverables, and reporting to senior management. Skills: Project management in healthcare (PMP preferred), public health program management, monitoring & evaluation (M&E).	Qualification: MBBS/BDS with a Post Graduate degree in clinical subjects / Public Health / Health Management or equivalent, duly recognized by PM&DC/HEC. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Manager (PMU)	Lahore	Execute Projects with Precision: As a Manager in the PMU, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of assigned healthcare improvement projects. You will manage project resources, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Skills: Healthcare administration, project execution, team coordination, reporting, risk management.	Qualification: MBBS/BDS or 16 years of education in Tibb/Homoeopathic/Social Sciences or equivalent, duly recognized by PM&DC/HEC. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
Surveyors	Lahore, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha	The Frontline of Quality Assurance: This is a critical field-based role. As a Surveyor, you will conduct on-site inspections and assessments of hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare establishments to verify their compliance with PHC’s rigorous standards, playing a direct role in ensuring patient safety. Skills: Clinical audit, healthcare facility assessment, knowledge of medical/dental best practices, strong ethical conduct, attention to detail.	Qualification: MBBS/BDS duly recognized by PM&DC. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Assistant Surveyors	Lahore	Support the Mission of Excellence: As an Assistant Surveyor, you will provide essential support to the survey teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting in data collection during inspections, compiling reports, managing documentation, and performing data analysis to support the regulatory process. Skills: Data collection and analysis, administrative support, proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of healthcare systems, statistics.	Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration/Public Administration/Public Health/Pharma-D/Statistics or equivalent, duly recognized by HEC. Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant professional experience.
