Data Analyst	218,750	Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and interpreting large datasets related to scholarship applicants and recipients. <br> Responsibilities: Develop data collection systems, perform statistical analysis, create dashboards and reports to support decision-making, and ensure data integrity and security.
Web Developer	218,750	Role Overview: Design, develop, and maintain the web portal and online application system for the scholarship program. <br> Responsibilities: Build user-friendly interfaces, manage backend databases, ensure website security and performance, and implement new features as required.
Network Administrator	157,500	Role Overview: Manage and maintain the IT network infrastructure of the Project Management Unit. <br> Responsibilities: Ensure network connectivity and security, manage servers and user accounts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement network policies.
M&E Officer	157,500	Role Overview: Lead the Monitoring and Evaluation framework for the scholarship program to track progress and measure impact. <br> Responsibilities: Develop M&E tools, conduct field visits, collect and analyze performance data, and prepare regular monitoring reports for management.
Finance Officer	157,500	Role Overview: Manage all financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, accounting, and fund disbursement. <br> Responsibilities: Prepare financial statements, process payments, manage bank transactions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and facilitate audits.
Program Officer (2 Posts)	157,500	Role Overview: Support the day-to-day implementation and coordination of the scholarship program activities. <br> Responsibilities: Assist in applicant screening, coordinate with educational institutions, organize events and workshops, and prepare program documentation.
Project Assistant (2 Posts)	105,000	Role Overview: Provide administrative and operational support to the project team. <br> Responsibilities: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain project records and files, and assist with procurement and logistics.
IT Assistant	105,000	Role Overview: Provide first-level IT support to the PMU staff and manage IT equipment. <br> Responsibilities: Troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems, install and configure IT systems, and assist the Network Administrator.
Graphic Designer	105,000	Role Overview: Create visually compelling designs for the program’s communication and promotional materials. <br> Responsibilities: Design brochures, social media posts, website graphics, presentations, and other marketing collateral to enhance program visibility.
Social Media Executive	105,000	Role Overview: Manage the program’s official social media channels to engage with the public and potential applicants. <br> Responsibilities: Develop content calendars, create engaging posts, monitor online conversations, respond to inquiries, and run digital campaigns.
Video Editor / Animator	105,000	Role Overview: Produce high-quality video content to showcase the program’s success stories and activities. <br> Responsibilities: Film, edit, and animate videos for social media, websites, and events; manage video production from concept to completion.
Cameraman	70,000	Role Overview: Capture high-quality photographs and video footage of program events and activities. <br> Responsibilities: Operate professional camera equipment, work with the communications team to cover events, and manage visual assets.
Help Desk Representatives (3 Posts)	52,000	Role Overview: Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from students, parents, and institutions regarding the scholarship program. <br> Responsibilities: Respond to queries via phone and email, provide accurate information, and guide applicants through the process.
Driver (4 Posts)	43,750	Role Overview: Provide safe and reliable transportation for project staff and official purposes. <br> Responsibilities: Maintain official vehicles, ensure timely travel, and perform other assigned duties.
Office Attendant / Naib Qasid (3 Posts)	37,000	Role Overview: Provide general office support to ensure a smooth workflow within the PMU. <br> Responsibilities: Handle mail distribution, photocopying, file management, and assist with office upkeep.

   • Rs. 1500/- for serial no. 1-3.
   • Rs. 1000/- for serial no. 4-14.
   • Rs. 500/- for serial no. 15-16.
