| Deputy Manager (Social Mobilization & Resources)<br>(16 Posts) | The Bridge Between Project and People: As a Deputy Manager for Social Mobilization & Resources, you will be the primary catalyst for community engagement and participation at the tehsil level. Your core mission is to empower local communities to lead the planning, implementation, and long-term management of their own water and sanitation schemes. This role requires a blend of facilitation, communication, and project management skills. <br><br> Key Responsibilities: <br> • Mobilize and organize communities, facilitating the formation of community-based organizations (CBOs) or village water and sanitation committees. <br> • Lead awareness campaigns on key WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) practices to promote public health. <br> • Guide communities through a participatory process to plan and design their water and sanitation projects. <br> • Act as the main liaison between the community, technical project staff, and local government officials. <br> • Build the capacity of community organizations to manage finances, operations, and maintenance for the long-term sustainability of the project. <br><br> Skills: WASH project implementation, community mobilization, participatory rural appraisal (PRA), social organization, excellent communication and facilitation skills, conflict resolution, grassroots project management. | Qualifications: <br> • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Administration / Environmental / Social Sciences. <br><br> Experience: <br> • In general, 5 years of relevant work experience in matters related to water supply and sanitation projects. <br> • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments is essential. |

- Prepare Your Application: Fill out the application form completely and gather all required supporting documents (as mentioned on the form).
- Submit via Courier: Send the completed application form and documents via courier to the PRMSC head office. The package must reach the office by the deadline. Address: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company, 5th Floor KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore.
- Mark the Envelope: You must clearly write the post name, “Deputy Manager (Social Mobilization & Resources),” on the top right corner of the envelope.
- Application Deadline: The absolute deadline for receiving applications is Friday, August 15, 2025, before 4:00 PM. Applications arriving after this date and time will be rejected. No excuse for courier or postal delay will be entertained.
