Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase visitor footfall and brand awareness. • Coordinate the logistics for on-site events, including vendor management, scheduling, and setup. • Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing and events department, utilizing MS Office for documentation, scheduling, and reporting. • Support public relations activities and help build relationships with schools, corporate partners, and community groups. Computer Operator for Accounts Office & Ticketing Office (Only for Males)	Be the Face of Visitor Services and the Engine of Our Operations: This dual-faceted role is critical to both our front-facing visitor services and our back-office administrative efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth ticketing process and maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Key Responsibilities: • For Ticketing Office: Operate the museum’s ticketing software efficiently, manage cash transactions accurately, generate daily sales reports, and provide friendly and helpful service to visitors. • For Accounts Office: Perform data entry for financial records, assist in record keeping and documentation, file documents systematically, and support the accounts team as needed. Skills: Museum ticketing software, accounts data entry, cash handling procedures, daily sales reporting, record keeping in an office environment, high proficiency in MS Office, customer service skills, attention to detail. Your dedication to hygiene and cleanliness is essential to our visitor experience.
